Great place to stay

Great little place to stay. Short walk to beach. Staff especially john were so helpful. Small pool to sit by before transfer to cruise. Breakfast was good especially the omelette

Perfect stay in a corner of paradise.

It was a perfect stay from start to finish, regrettably just too short. A very welcoming, tranquil, relaxing, homely guesthouse immersed in nature and a short walking distance to the beach. Having breakfast outside seeing and listening to the beautiful birds was amazing. All the staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Dimitri who went above and beyond with his help and genuine kindness. Will definitely return to this charming, Bleu de Toi, corner of paradise.

Lovely guesthouse with generous rooms and friendly staff. Parking availability is good. John made us feel very welcome and helped us around. Very easy-going, self-service at breakfast with everything you need and the super friendly staff provides eggs on request. There is an honesty fridge on the veranda where you can have a cold beer and pay when checking out. Good restaurants nearby. For beach I would recommend Mont Choisy, it‘s much nicer than the one closeby. Go to the bloom restaurant nearby, great coffee and good food! Would definitely stay again :)

Holiday over Christmas and NYE

We loved our stay at Bleu de Toi. We stayed for 11 nights and were so satisfied with everything. Excellent staff with always a smile on their faces, very service minded, helpful and kind. Lovely breakfast area, we also hanged out there a lot in the evening and played cards etc. The kitchen worked well to make simple meals in. The pool area is great. Clean rooms and very fresh over all. Both AC and fan in the room. Great location of the hotel, walking distance to incredible beaches. Lovely hotel and would definitely recommend it! Felt very safe as well.

A beautiful oasis between Grand Baie & Pereybere

This was our second visit to this lovely B&B guest house, and it was even better than we remembered it from 5 years ago. The staff are all really very good, kind, helpful and friendly (even by the high Mauritian standards!), without being overbearing. The house is well situated 5-10 minutes walk from Pereybere and 20 minutes walk from Grand Baie (with buses running between both towns - and the hotel has 2 mountain bikes for guest use). It's open dining/seating area and the small well-stocked garden and pool are beautiful - an oasis of peace despite being not far from the main road. Our room on the ground floor of the main building was spacious, clean and reasonably well lit, and the cleaning service was very good and done timely during breakfast. Breakfast is one of the highlights: fresh fruit, pastries, toast, jams and eggs freshly fried, scrambled or as omelette. This will now be a regular stop on our periodic visits to Mauritius.

J’ai aimé mon séjour dans le bungalow au milieu d’un magnifique jardin très bien entretenu. Très bonne literie, coffre fort dans la chambre. Étions à 10 mn à pied des restaurants, de la plage de Pereybere. L’accueil de John et Dimitri exceptionnel. Dimitri a toujours été très à l’écoute, présent et soucieux de nous rendre service, de répondre à nos différentes questions pour faciliter notre organisation. Nous nous sentions vraiment « comme à la maison » ! Reçus par des amis.

Voor herhaling vatbaar

Opvallend is de grote ,gezellige,schattig ingerichte tuin met vele lounge mogelijkheden. Er was een verbouwing ernaast dus geluidsoverlast, daarnaast overlast van mieren in de kamer, slechte WiFi in de kamer, leuke nette personeel. Ontbijt 6 euro persoon is best duur en simpel. Supermarkt is niet om de hoek.

Superbe séjour !

Karine, la gérante ainsi que toute son équipe, le sourire aux lèvres, nous ont très bien accueillies ! Tout était propre et parfait pour passer un merveilleux séjour. La piscine est accessible 24h/24, le petit déjeuner est très bon, et s’il on souhaite des œuf brouillés avec saucisse on rajoute 100 roupies par repas. Il y a aussi 2 vélos qu’elle prête à la journée. La chambre était bien isolée et la climatisation fonctionnait très bien ce qui est un +. Je recommande absolument !

Wir haben dreieinhalb Wochen im schönen Bleu de toi verbracht und können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Liebevolle Details überall und eine schöne Terrasse. Super Lage, mit dem Bus kommt man super zu den wunderschönen Stränden in der Umgebung. Das Team ist sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück gibt es leckere tropische Früchte, frisch gepressten Saft und kleine Croissants. Auch tolle Restaurants gibt es in der näheren Umgebung - unser Favorit: Luigi.

Nettes Personal, leider zuviele Mücken

Es gab leider sehr viele Mücken, so dass wir nicht draußen sitzen konnten und den Pool und den Garten kaum nutzen konnten. Unser Apartment war im schönen Garten gehen, im Haupthaus war es wohl besserb mit den Mücken und Insekten. Zudem hatten wir eine Kakerlake im Badezimmer. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Der Weg zum Apartment war nicht so einfach, da man an der Hauptstraße ohne Bürgersteig gehen musste. Das war mit Kindern schwierig. Im Garten sind mehrmals große Palmenblätter runtergefallen, so dass wir unsere Kinder ungern alleine haben spielen lassen.

Consigliabile se non si desidera solo mare.

PosiIone all’interno a 150m dalla strada principale. Ambiente familiare in stile provenzale. La signora è francese e molto cortese. Camere senza particolari pretese ma con quello che serve. Un bel giardino con piscina ideale per relax. La colazione a buffet con tutto. È a circa 600metri da Pereybère dove è possibile trovare molti ristoranti e dove c’è la spiaggia pubblica.

Sehr chilliges kleines Hotel

Kleines stylisches Hotel mit tollem Personal, wunderschönem, romantischen Garten mit vielen kleinen Chillareas und liebevollem Poolbereich . Zimmer am Pool neu und stylisch, aber etwas klein. Frühstück ok, etwas Käse oder Wurst dazu wäre nett. Kaffee und Tee stehen immer kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Das Bleu de toi können wir jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen.

buena ubicacion, lindo jardin y piscina.

estuve 4 dias, la ubicacion esta bien, ya que se puede ir caminando a la playa de Pereybere, y con un colectivo de 5 min estas en Grand baie. y de ahi a otros puntos. la habitacion no me gusto, por el precio de la misma , no lo valia. El personal es muy amable. y el desayuno esta bien.

Accueil du personnel très sympathique

Semaine très agréable dans un site tout aussi bien. Des promenades et des visites à faire. La plage est à proximité de l'hôtel, il n'y a pas de repas servis il faut aller en ville. Le parcours n'est pas long mais pas très pratique à pied ! Attention aux "taxi pirates", ils promettent monts et merveilles mais ils n'arrêtent pas de vous conduire où ils veulent pour bénéficier d'avantages en nature de la part des lieux où ils vous guident.

Absolut relaxtes B&B mit viel Charme und top Ausstattung. Ein Mietwagen ist von Vorteil um den schönen Norden der Insel zu erkunden. Den neu gestalteten Bain Boeuf Strand fanden wir etwas schöner als den Hausstrand, von dem allerdings traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge zu erleben sind. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer einfach, aber absolut ausreichend.

Für die stressfreie Erholung

Wir haben ein kleines, familiäres Hotel gesucht und hier auch gefunden. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Das Standardzimmer im Haupthaus war ausreichend groß. Das Gleiche trifft auch für das Bad zu. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, Wäsche wurde regelmäßig oder auch bei Bedarf gewechselt. Außerdem stehen Strandtücher für den Poolbereich sowie für den Strandbesuch zur Verfügung. Der öffentliche Strand von Pereybere ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Ebenso findet man dort eine gute Auswahl an Gastronomie und einen Supermarkt. Das Hotel selbst liegt etwas abseits der Hauptstraße und so bekommt man vom Verkehr wenig mit. Es gibt ein einfaches Frühstück. Kaffee und Tee kann man sich im Empfangsbereich rund um die Uhr kostenfrei holen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und bemüht sich ständig, dass alles passt. Wir haben viele Tipps bekommen und auch Ausflüge gebucht. Es wird allerdings nur Englisch und natürlich Französisch gesprochen. Die meisten Gäste bleiben nur kurz auf der Durchreise. Mit zwei Wochen am Stück waren wir somit die "Exoten"- leider waren auch diese zwei Wochen zu schnell vorbei. In Kürze werden wohl noch zusätzliche Gartenzimmer fertig. Von den Bauarbeiten dazu hat man auch nicht zu all zu viel mitbekommen.

A boutique French style hotel

My husband and I stayed here with our friends in April. We visited from Australia and hired a car from the airport when we landed. We drove up to Grand Baie and found the hotel fairly easily. I highly recommend hiring a car or scooter as it is a short drive into the closest main town - Grand Baie. Bleu De Toi is a quaint hotel with a friendly feel. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens and a great sized pool. A small town (Pereybere) is a short walk away with a nice beach (swimming is good here). The staff were very helpful and offered suggestions of where to eat and what to do throughout our stay. The breakfast that is included is fantastic! We highly recommend this hotel and it is great value.
