Rooms were clean, lobby and staff were excellent! Loved having coffee and hot chocolate available at all times. Free breakfast was delicious. We stayed here because of the excellent proximity to the Polar express! It was super easy to get there and back! We did enjoy a wonderful dinner at the brewery that’s next-door. We highly recommend that place for great food.

The room was very nice! The 1st front desk person Elizabeth was great! However, the rest of them need to training on “Customer Service.” I think a hello or smile would have ruined their day. The breakfast was not good. Broken kitchen toasters, coffee machine not working, watered down juices.

The morning manager was really great and friendly. He was very helpful with addressing our concerns with the check in the night before. We stop at this location often as we travel through thr area 4x a year and this is a normal stop. Parking is very convenient, hotel Is very clean.
