"When we pulled the sheets back to lay down, the sheets were stained. When I told the front desk about it, they handed me a clean set of sheets and never offered to have house cleaning replace them."

"Room was dirty. Bathroom was nasty. Only had one towel and one dirty looking wash cloth. Walls needed painting. The air conditioner wasn't working. TV reception was terrible. Bed was lumpy and hard. Worst experience in a motel we have had!"

"The elevator was broke the entire 5 day visit. Advertised breakfast but only coffee was available. Snack machine was empty the entire 5 days! Was a no smoking hotel supposedly but it stunk of smoke in hallways and the room itself. I reserved 2 queen beds and got two double beds Had to ask for more towels for our 3rd registered guest on day one…..had to try 3x to get those as no one was available at the front desk and no button available to ring for service No manager name or number on walls...

"Nice, but nothing exceptional. The breakfast was minimal; carafes of hot water were not hot. TV channel selections were minimal. The room was clean and comfortable."

"Spent two nights. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast and happy hour buffets were substantial and tasty. The hotel manager came around to ask guests how their stay was going. Didn't use the pool but it looked well-maintained. Ticked all my boxes. Highly recommend."

"The on-site customer service was non existent. Our room was disgusting. We couldn’t check in until late the first night, and had been driving for 12 hours so we stayed anyway because with Mardi Gras, other hotels were booked up. We requested room service on morning 2 and came back to the same filthy room, dirty sheets included. We will not be returning. "

"You can't expect luxury at this price point, but if you're just looking for a place to shower and sleep, this'll do the trick. I didn't personally have any major issues with my room, and the staff was kind and surprisingly alert considering how late in the night I arrived!"
