"Overall clean room. However lot's of little things made for a more negative stay. Right off from check in the hot tubs are down, room had signs of wear, scratched furniture and stains on carpet, Kleenex out and no fan in bathroom so took awhile for the mirror to clear. Someone in another room played load music until after10:00. On the plus side the breakfast was good."

"I pre - booked a room with a king bed and a jacuzzi for 2 nights, showed up to pay for the room and they said that the only room available was a room with 2 queens. They said the room I booked was under construction so this was the only other option.
