Accidentally left my key in the room and the front desk staff escorted me and my daughter upstairs, opened our door, held our door open until I grabbed my purse and left, despite the fact we weren't planning on leaving. He did not once ask my name. Very unprofessional and quite scary that he stood in the doorway, eyeing the contents of our room expecting us to leave all without once verifying it was actually our room. The rest of the staff were amazing and very helpful! Also had to ask the front desk three days in a row for toilet paper for a five day stay. The first time being the day we checked in.

Great time!

All of the staff we interacted with were amazing. We needed a shuttle to the airport, and the desk clerk scheduled it when we arrived. In the morning the shuttle was having an issue of some sort, so the clerk set up an Uber X for us. Breakfast was delicious, too.

We loved the size of the room. It was very spacious and comfy for a family of five. We also enjoyed the pool and continental breakfast. This is a place that we would visit again when in the Grand Rapids area.
