Perfect

Very friendly staff was the first thing we noticed. The building itself had beautiful stonework throughout making it feel more grand. Pool & Hot tub were amazing. Free breakfast was awesome. Great selections (even included pop, if you’re into that). Room was huge with a full kitchen.

Staff was very nice and attentive. TV would not work in room, they moved us quickly. Large dog was accepted with no issues. It was a lovely room. Wish it had been summer so we could enjoy pool and hot tub. Breakfast was the best I ever had at a hotel!

Great experience, very clean!

It was my wife's birthday and after one of the craziest months of our lives, we just needed a couple days to relax. This was a cozy, perfect place to relax. We liked how clean it was. Also, the pool and hot tub were operational and very nice.

We stayed for 1 night. Upon arrival there was weird spatters of (sauces?) or liquid on the walls. When going to bed, we found a dirty tissue between the headboard and the bed. The power went out for the entire hotel in the middle of the night, staff seemed like they didn’t know what to do and didn’t say anything about it when checking out. Breakfast was limited due to power outage so we couldn’t enjoy that. Not the worst, but I’d probably try and find a different place to stay.

Provided breakfast and front desk was sub-par. Ladies at desk seemed a little clueless. Im not going into detail since i wont stay there again. The hotel itself was nice, but staff and amenities were not on par with other chain hotels at the same price.

The room lacked of a proper maintenance: Ceiling damage not fixed, pain stained on the floor kitchen, the closet’s doors broken, safe box pin lock unreliable (have to ask to reset twice in less than 3 days), and poor room daily cleaning services. Other than the mentioned issues, all the rest was average.

Don't stay here if you need extra assistance

To start with, there was someone else living in our room when we checked in at 1 am. The room they finally gave us was as far as possible from the elevator and my husband is has a disability and uses a walker. Each morning before breakfast I had to wipe off the tables we used to because no one else was doing it. The staff was all very nice; I think it is the management that is the trouble because they won't talk about this.
