Keep in mind, I would only recommend this place if you have a car OR if you are quite fit/active. We arrived by ferry and carried our suitcases all the way up, which was quite the workout. "First of all, the staff at Il Perlo Panorma is exceptional. They were so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. We arrived and had booked the Basic Room. It was ok, but since it was our 20 th anniversary, we asked about upgrading the room. The Junior Suite was available. They handle our room switch while we were away, moved our luggage and the Suite was amazing. We literally didn't want to leave the room. It had a huge balcony with stunning views of Bellagio and the lake, wonderful amenities, smart lighting to make it extra cozy, robes and slippers. It was the best upgrade. For those wanting to know about the shuttle service, they dropped off and picked up regularly and were also so accommodating with fast communication. I would highly suggest staying here. The restaurant was also delicious. Thank you for everything and making our stay so enjoyable."
