"We had a lovely stay. The room and bedding’s were clean. Staff was helpful. The breakfast was delicious but the same menu everyday which did get tiring after a while. Only issue was the sound from the Aircon which kept going off and on through the night. Other than that we’ll definitely be coming back when we’re in the area"

They opened it despite me being in the room with 2 keys from it. I told that I’m planning to stay until 11 AM which is my check-out time. It repeated second time in 5 minutes. Another lady knocked and opened the room. They did it to other rooms on the floor as I’ve heard them doing it. I was taking shower, so...
