"Really poor communication - had to chase for confirmation which was still not received until the day of check in. Building is dirty and the vent from the bathroom ducts from the waste disposal area so the entire room had a terrible smell."

"really comfortable stay - the cottage is cosy but has high ceilings so no banged heads and it doesn't feel cramped. beds really comfy. fantastic location - amazing walks from outside the front door. lovely pub in the village down the hill. and the owners run the tea room next door so left us a lovely plate of cakes on arrival! "Apartment very well appointed, very comfortable . Communication with the host was excellent , we had a slight problem and couldn’t get the tv to work which she soon sorted out. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it ."

"The property itself was ok but it is joined to a building site and all you hear is stihl saws loud music and shouting and swearing from the builders. The 9 pm noise curfew is a joke, bangra until the early hours. Stay Angels were no help at the point of complaint, nothing we can do was their mantra."

"A great location for the friends in Sheffield we were visiting, and an easy bus-ride from Sheffield train station. The flat itself was really clean, and there were plenty of the consumables we needed (coffee / tea / dishwasher tablets etc). There was a small supermarket close by too. On-street parking was a little tricky sometimes, and I found it odd that I had to pay a damage deposit and sign documentation outside the Expedia platform. However, apart from that it was a great stay - thanks!"
