"From the front desk staff to maid service to the shuttle van driver, everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was great to have a shuttle van as our flight was early in the morning. Breakfast was pleasing and had a good selection. I enjoyed the coffee machine which was able to make espressos, cappuccinos, Americano’s or Doppio’s. My wife liked the tea selection as well.. "Our room was stiflingly hot and the staff did nothing to assist. They told us to open the window, despite having a sign posted to not open windows because some nasty looking bugs would come in. They refused to credit us any amount at all and only paid the €10 for our shuttle to the airport to compensate us."

"We were assigned a room that was at the furthest end of the property which meant lugging our bags down the longest hallway I've ever seen. A staff member said the property stretches a mile & a half end to end. Not ideal when we were only there one night in order to catch a flight early in the morning. Otherwise, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was polite."

"Very close to the airport and plenty of parking. Room was tidied up daily. We were given the room on the ground floor and there were days especially in the morning when there were lots of noises like banging doors and trolleys passing by. Breakfast is fine. Maybe time to get a new bread toaster too as you need to hold the lever to toast it as it is broken😬. Otherwise we had a comfortable stay and staff were very nice, helpfl and accomodating."

"Alloggio in zona tranquilla e silenziosa, il che garantisce un riposo senza rumore di traffico o altro. Marco e la moglie sono molto cordiali e premurosi nei confronti dei loro ospiti. La stanza era estremamente pulita, fattore che ritengo molto importante quando si dorme lontano da casa. Il letto era comodo e la colazione buona. Parcheggio in strada adiacente all'alloggio. Assolutamente consigliato 👍 "

"Abbiamo alloggiato presso la "Tenuta del Vecchio Mulino" con il nostro cane per una notte. Il soggiorno è andata abbastanza bene. La struttura è bella e ben curata. Le uniche due pecche sono l'insonorizzazione delle camere, quasi del tutto assente (si sentiva chiunque passasse nel corridoio) e la colazione, molto scarsa sia nella qualità che nella qualità. Per il resto è un posto confortevole e molto comodo per chi vuole passare un weekend nelle vicinanze di Casale Monferrato."
