"Courtesy and consistency is the name of the game here. That being said, as always the case for the Club Quarters Hotel Central Loop, it was a great stay. Check-in was very swift and purified water dispenser at every floor is an excellent idea. Additionally, there was a business center with Coffee dispenser at the basement floor which we used quite a lot. The receptionist gave us a room with small refrigerator and microwave, we took advantage of having a meal at the room. Looking forward to "returning" for another opportunity in the future. Thank you very much once again!! "

"WE had a broken pipe in our bathroom. We notified the staff immediately. I fell asleep fully clothed waiting for the egineer who never arrived. WE had a hot showe running from 7pm to 10am. It took 3 phone calls for them to get all the water off the windows and the windowsills. The room was a humid, swaet box for the first 2 days of our visit."

"Excellent rooms. The staff are incredibly rude and offensive at check-in. Also beware they will charge you a $16 fee and give you a coupon for $16 at the restaurant attached which is not very good and they always mess up your bill. Either way you will pay an extra $16"

"If your looking for some place just to lay your head at night then its perfect. Location is close to downtown. Property when you first walk in is nice and inviting. But then getting off the elevator the hallways are creepy. Rooms are very outdated and small. Its 12 stories high. You must pay for parking 2 days costs 120$. You dont get a coupon code, or reimbursement. There are no refrigerators in the room. The water pressure is awful but the water gets extremely hot. The staff at the desk were nice and answered all questions. "

"Super friendly front desk staff"

"I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. I prepaid for a Lake View room with two Queen beds, but the experience at check-in was deceptive and unprofessional. Upon arrival, the front desk agent disappeared for 10 minutes to whisper with a colleague. He then claimed our room was ready, but we found ourselves in a room with much smaller beds. It felt like a deliberate attempt to see if we’d just "accept" a lower-tier room. When I returned to the desk, I was told no Lake View Queens were available. Our only options were to stay in the cramped beds or move to a non-lake view room. Since we didn't fit in the smaller beds, we moved—effectively paying for a view we didn't get. Management offered some food vouchers as compensation. Since we arrived late and were checking out the next morning, these were useless. I even received an automated text from "Inderjeet" asking about my stay. I replied with these issues and received zero response. After a five-hour flight, the last thing you want is to haggle for the room you already paid for. I expected much better from a Hilton brand."
