"While the hotel rooms were clean, the noise was almost unbearable. We booked the hotel for one night so that my daughter could take an early morning test in Springfield. When we checked in, it was so loud from the bar/restaurant that I could barely even hear the desk clerk. Then we stayed on the 16th floor and there were loud voices and teenagers (or maybe adults) in the hallway until around 3am. "Clean, comfortable stay! Within walking distance of two malls. Staff did a good job making the exterior and lobby welcoming and attractive. Some portions of the property are still being updated, but our room on the 4th floor was modern and even had a balcony."
