"We have always liked this BW and have stayed here many times. This time the room, and a room we were going to move to, were both very musty smelling. We were just there. In June and the rooms were not musty. The front desk did try to get us another room but it was musty also. The staff though makes the hotel! They are all great, especially the lady that takes care of the breakfast area. They are all very courteous and kind."

"The only real positive is that the bed was comfortable. Also, front desk clerks were very pleasant...but... Housekeeping was horrendous. Checked in and went to room. do not disturb sign still on door. Knocked...just in case...then entered room. Large pile of dirt right as we entered the room. Room did not appear clean and was shabby. No tissues in bathroom, refrigerator had opened bottle of beer and opened bottle of water in it. Bad short in one of the lights. Sparked when moving the...

"The first issue was the room key maker wasn’t working so they had to come and let you in your room every time you needed to get in. Super inconvenient both for staff and guests. The room itself was ok served its purpose clean and comfy. The ice machine wasn’t working either. The snack machine was empty. The elevator doesn’t work has a large sign stating out of order so if you can’t climb stairs then it will not be the place for you."

"Breakfast was bleak… definitely not up to Country Inn and Suites standard. Rooms could use some refreshing, as paint in the bathroom is chipped. We walked in to our room and found a musty smell and a dehumidifier running loudly. Lots of potential here, but only with some work. On an up note, the staff is friendly! Unfortunately, until they step up their game, we will stay elsewhere when passing through town."

"Roaches in the room and they refused to give me a refund. I was barely in the room for an hour when I was taking a shower and saw a roach on the shower curtain and a roach on the box spring of the bed my kids were sleeping on. Went to the front desk and the girl only offered me another room and couldn’t do anything else for me. I didn’t want to stay there at all at that point because if you have roaches in one room they are in all of them. I packed my stuff up and stayed at a different hotel. I...
