"A tornado came through on Saturday night and CHELSEA, one of the employees, went over and above to make sure guests were kept informed and were safe. She made sure all outside doors were secure and quickly spread drop cloths near the doors that were letting in rain. This was all whilst there was no power. AND…she kept apologizing for the mess! "It may seem not the best looking hotel and you probably go find better but after the weekend we had in Rodgers Arkansas during that crazy tornado, the staff made sure we were safe and refunded us for one night! Even before that our room was not cooling and the owner himself had them replace the whole AC unit and checked on us himself! I would stay here again!
