"Elevators not working during our stay; the friendly front desk person was able to move us down to the 2nd floor from our original 5th floor room but none of the staff offered to help us with our luggage."

"Hampton Inn was always my first choice for short stays when on a roadtrip. However, i have noticed that the accomodations have been more and more disappointing of late The frontdesk staff was great and the breakfast was as good as always. It was the room that was disappointing. The shower had a corroded ceiling tile, the bathroom sink backed up, one of the outlets didn’t wiork and the room was never made up."

"This place was very clean as well as our room. Our toilet tank was not flushing right and would fill up and overflow. They did come in and replaced the handle which helped but did overflow again after it was fixed during the night. We had to use every towel and they did not come in and clean the room and clean up the towels after we cleaned up the water. I thought the price for a Holiday Inn was a little pricey."

"The hotel was great! I was not happy with the rate Expedia charged me. I paid $149 for one night through Expedia. Found out from the hotel that I would only have paid $133 a night if I had called the hotel directly. So much for the cheapest rates!"
