"Unauthorized charge + zero housekeeping for 3 nights. Avoid. During my stay at this property from June 26-29, 2026, I experienced two serious issues. First, at check-in I was charged without my consent — a double charge, as my reservation was already paid through Expedia more than three weeks prior to our arrival. This unauthorized charge affected our entire vacation from the very beginning, turning what was supposed to be a relaxing family trip into a completely bitter...

"Generally this hotel is hit and miss depending on what tour groups stay. We have had some rough ones there before with bad guest, this was just right."

"My wife and I had such an amazing stay at the McMillan. The house was so beautiful, the staff were wonderful, and the food was delightfully delicious. Oh, and they have so many amenities . Chelsea was proactively attentive to every our requests and needs. Mrs Melissa and Eric are the consummate hosts. Without a doubt, we will be back. This was a delightfully restful haven."

"The Olde Harbor Inn was great! The room was very nice. Big living area, small kitchen with fridge, nice bathroom, big bedroom with large window overlooking the Riverfront. The staff were wonderful. "I had to ask them to switch my room immediately. When I first entered there were nats flying around the room, the pillows had stains on them, and the tub was constantly leaking and wouldn’t stop."

We went to the front desk and told them about not having ac. I was told they would call maintenance and troubleshoot shoot it and they can move us rooms.
