"We had a two-night stay in the beach house. While the room itself was acceptable, on closer inspection the bathroom did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. In general, the attention to cleanliness in the main areas of the hotel also seemed lacking. During our stay, we experienced a few maintenance issues. The hot tap in the outdoor bath leaked when in use, and in the room both the TV and lamps flickered intermittently. Although breakfast was included, I was disappointed to learn it was served at the main hotel, approximately a four-minute walk away. Unfortunately, we had to make this walk in the rain, and were only offered a buggy ride on the return journey. Finally, I feel that guests paying to stay at the hotel should have access to the spa facilities included, rather than being charged an additional £45 per person."

"Stayed with my daughter in a twin room. Really comfy beds. Room looked good, cosy and was clean. Nice toiletries in the bathroom and liked the addition of a duck for my daughter’s bath. Great breakfast! Staff friendly. We ate dinner in the pub too and that was lovely. All in all a great stay and we’d recommend. "

"Initial concerns regarding cleanliness in the bathroom were quickly resolved to an acceptable standard. Staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast was good although some items from the buffet were not re stocked straight away when used up ,ie ,juice. The bar ,although well stocked was really overpriced. "
