"The room was beautiful. The staff was very friendly, and the personal service at breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is quiet and is located near tram lines, which was very useful. It was a great place from which to navigate the city, especially the historic district. One difference is that there is no front desk staff to assist if you have questions, so you have to be a little more independent in arranging things such as taxis. However, a helpful online guide is provided."

"Wonderful property; our room was clean, spacious and light-filled. Breakfast was delicious.
The only downside is the location is a little dodgy and a 30 minute walk into the city centre/old town. We didn’t mind the walk but after dark it’s not well lit"

"Central location walking distance to station and rue Sainte Catherine. Friendly staff, clean and welcoming lobby. On site laundry is plus. Rooms are small and the king size bed makes it virtually impossible to move around. The shower works great, no skimping on water. The kitchenette is useless due to its size. Impossible to operate the induction stove top and same with the microwave. These appliances should come with a technician on site. The towel warmer was inoperable. Despite the size...
