"I live in the US and this is my second stay at the Three Swans. I like the fact it was an old coaching Inn … on booking I was not advised or asked if a room up a lot of steep stairs at the very top of the building would work for me…. I am 75 and it was hard work! The staff are generally helpful especially the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was excellent. The courtyard that runs alongside the building full of comfortable tables/chairs and many boxes of flowers is a delight. I love Market Harborough and enjoyed my stay."

"I had stayed at this hotel before. This time the beginning off the stay wasnt what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. I asked to move to another room as the one that was given to me had an air conditioning issue. It seemed to me that the staff were unwilling to help adventually I was moved to a better room. Its just unfortunate that the issue i had happened. The breakfast was nice."
