"This motel is the worst lodging I have ever encountered. There is no standard to compare it - makes Motel 6 look like a luxury hotel. The reception and staff were cold and rude. I was traveling with my daughter and we didn't feel safe or comfortable. There were random men sitting around outside in the parking lot when we checked into our room. The lock on the room didn't seem very secure and we didn't feel comfortable at all. The room had a terrible odor of old and damp wood from the dark wood...

"We stayed in a well-appointed family room for 6. The futon fit two kids easily. We enjoyed the private balcony and using the hot tub and sauna at sunset each evening. We loved having coffee and tea on demand. Views wee beautiful. We enjoyed staying on the quieter side of Acadia despite the hour ish drive to bar harbor."
