"The one complaint that I have is that there was no daily servicing by housekeeping. Within a four night stay the trash was removed once and the bath linen was replaced once. The beds were never made. There was no door hanger to request service. This seems like such a basic service that a guest should not have to request. Our days were very long, returning quite late. The last thing I wanted to do was to stall going to bed while awaiting service when housekeeping is no longer available. "

"The rooms are renovated. They have no carpet on the floors now. So when your searching for a great room or place to stay you expect things to look the same as what your looking at. So I think you should show the rooms as they are. Overall it was a good place to stay. But for house keeping they need to announce their selves when at the door or coming inside a room. For it to also be a non smoking room it reeked of smoke. I politely went to the front desk to switch out the room and the receptionist took me to 2 other rooms and it got worst.
