"Could’ve been cleaner. There were roaches in my bathroom and I emailed the hotel about it and sent them pics/videos and they basically said oh well and that the rooms are pre-checked prior to check in. So they not doing anything about it. I also seen a big ass rat roaming on the restaurant patio which was below my room and I looked out the window and seen it. They’re trying to deny that as well. Will never stay here again "

"Checks into one room the heat didn’t work, 2nd room heat worked barley, noisy had to complain about it at like 1am so my daughter could sleep for her event the next day, what appeared to be black mold on the sick and walls of the bathroom, all around terrible"

"Breakfast was good. Sad that the pool wasn’t working when we were there. Elevators were quick getting to the floor. Halls were quiet though there were a ton of people there. Unfortunately all of the doors but the main door were broken which led to having to park unsafely closest to the front door."

"Stayed 4 days, and there was no room service at all during our stay. The bathroom is decent, but the shower and sink clogged very quickly. When we asked for toilet paper, we were charged extra for a roll—something I’ve never experienced at lower-star hotels. The fridge leaked on the first day, and because it’s tightly fitted against the wall, we had to clean it ourselves. The fridge container door was already broken when we arrived. Floors were not properly cleaned; the area under the bed still had debris that needed to be swept. We unfortunately had to use DoorDash for most meals and left 3 bags of trash (checked in the morning for room service staff, but didn’t see anyone). Overall, I’d rate this hotel 3/10—only because parking is available and there are convenience stores nearby. If you stay here, make sure to take photos, as refunds may not be given."
