"The house is nothing special but the bed was comfortable to sleep in and it was in the location we needed to visit family. The kitchen smelled like something was rotting, I think the bins hadn't been disposed of properly before we arrived. There also weren't any towels even though the advert says there will be. It's an okay place to stay as long as you're not expecting luxury."

"This really was an excellent stay. We were a bit apprehensive due to some of the reviews about rooms being tired, so we specifically asked and paid for a refurbished room (40 in total). We also had a pitch view room, which is a unique experience. Checked in at reception in 10 seconds flat, the same for checking out. Room spotless, newly refurbished, great shower, comfy bed, can’t ask for anymore than that. Just off Middlebrook retail park with loads to do "

"Great welcome on arrival. Reception very busy but made my check-in as simple as possible. My visit was part of an extended business trip and the stay was a welcome R&R stop. Didn't get chance to use all the facilities on offer, but the restaurant provided a relaxing, enjoyable hour or so to unwind. Compliments to the Chef(s) the food was excellent and the attentive restaurant staff completed my dining experience. Will be making this venue a regular stop-over when I'm next in the area."
