We normally come all the time and it is a lovely place to be and staff are amazing and lovely. But this stay was our worst one yet. There was bugs all over our bed. Stains all over the carpet and the room had a foul smell to it like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

Was looking forward to a quick dip in the jacuzzi after a long day only to be told last entry was 7.15 when it’s advertised as closing at 8pm. Absolutely devastated and probably won’t bother coming next time due to this as we come for a sporting event that finishes late so the pull of the pool is ...
