"This was my worst hotel experience ever and I've stayed in numerous Holiday Inn Express locations. Upon check in I was told I had to cancel my reservation made through Expedia and pay the hotel more than double what I had paid to use the airport shuttle and parking lot. When I explained that it stated on my reservation that the shuttle was included and parking was listed as available. The man at the front desk was rude and dismissive telling me to cancel my reservation for $130 and pay over $295...

"I give Comfort Inn & Suites W. Seneca, NY 4 stars because of the customer care and service delivery. For me, the location was important because it was quiet with a mostly mature adult-type ambiance. The staff were very friendly and put a lot of care in handling my room accommodation needs when I arrived later in the evening. "Rooms were alright, the bathroom was poor- the shower water didn’t stay in the shower unless you wrapped the entire curtain around the whole back of the shower otherwise you ended up with a lake in your bathroom. The shower curtain is also old and no longer white. The light/fan was loud as loud can be. I wish they would upgrade their pillows and blankets especially for a king bed you shouldn’t have to put 4 pillows across to have the width of the bed. We were on the ground floor which I don’t...
