"What an incredible place! The staff treat you like family and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent food and service set in a beautifully curated hotel on the river bank. We were spoiled every day with Elephant, Hippos, bush buck, warthog and nyala eating and drinking directly in front of the hotel. Sipping a cocktail and watching these beautiful creatures was a daily highlight! "

"The minute we arrived we were greeted by lovely staff and elephants at the pool. What followed was a once in a lifetime experience. The positives - Beds are super comfy with electric blankets for those cold nights and a fan for the warm days. The food was AMAZING. "Fantastic size and cleanliness with plenty of supplies (milk, tea, coffee, fruit, cleaning products) provided. Staff would assist with anything uncluding washing up and laundry, so not really "self-catering" if you wish. Note: parys of road can be rough depending on rainfall so I would not use a sedan, but at least a light SUV. "

"Great location on the river and only about 12 minutes from the Crocodile Bridge Gate at Kruger. It's not a luxurious property but we had the proper expectations. We enjoyed the amenities that we needed and the location on the river was tranquil and beautiful. The staff was very accommodating and friendly."
