"Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Owner Jason was very friendly. Great location Drawbacks were windows had sheer drapes so sunshine at 5 am. And room was on street side so though little traffic could hear cars going by. Bathroom sink dripped. Unfortunately we decided against staying our second night since we didn't want to be woken by the early daybreak."

"Toiletries were useless. Inadequate towels, soap the size of a dime. Bed and pillows awful Cont breakfast consisted of two loaves of opened bread, jam containers not clean and almost empty, a dozens or so of mini donuts in a tupper- ware container,,,,,,at 7 AM coffees was ice cold. No staff available. Their biggest concern is to over charge all guests that have pets. this place has decreased in performance over the years. I will never stay there again."

"The staffs are definitely doing great job of keeping the motel clean and organized. Great location if you are going to white mountain Mont Washington."

"This was a return trip staying there. It gives you a mountain feeling staying there. It is very clean and the beds aren't bad. It was too cold for the swimming pool which is sparkling clean. We had the unit with small kitchen. It was nice if we wanted to cook or even popcorn. The price is right and enjoy the mountains behind you"

"Vraiment trop cher pour la qualité. On a demandé de changer de chambre, car la première n'avait pas de fenêtre et sentait le renfermé et escaliers avec tapis mal odorant pour s'y rendre. La 2e chambre était correcte et le personnel a accepté facilement le changement. On voit qu'il y a eux certaines rénovations, mais aurait besoin de beaucoup plus. Petit déjeuner de base avec tables pas très propres et endroit peu accueillant."

"Check in was fine, upgraded us to a king bed. There was a bullet hole in our door. Room was dingy and kind of smelled. Health club was closed "out of order " and the pool was also dingy and kind of gross. There was a gross film covering the hot tub water. Didn't do breakfast bc someone in our group has celiac and couldn't eat anything there. Overall not worth the 300 +that we paid"

"It’s very quiet. The tents are well constructed, & can withstand wind, rain (we experienced both) without issue. The main lodge tent is supplied with a small kitchen, snacks, & merch. The fire pits are abundant (3 total) & there is ample seating. Parking is easy in & out. At night the sky is beautiful. Unfortunately it was cloudy, raining for our stay so star gazing was limited. On clear nights it must be breathtaking. The beds are remarkably comfortable. Better than some hotels actually. If...
