"Room smelled like stain or varnish. We could not stay there."

"Floors had not been cleaned from previous occupant, nor had the toilet, which had a ring of filthy scum around the bowl. There were visible crumbs across the floor and my socks stuck to a large spill in the kitchen area and I mopped it up with a bathroom washcloth so I could walk through the area. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The blanket was thin and not warm. The kitchen sink was dirty and there were no drain plugs in either the kitchen or bathroom sinks. The desk chair was broken...

"My husband stayed here on a business trip. Room was very nice, clean and quiet. Just stayed one night so didn’t need to use the kitchenette but appeared to be well stocked. Only problem he had was the contactless check in. Instructions were hard to follow for parking and how to get to the room. "
