Staff is friendly. Breakfast was fine but also budget friendly and functional. My main issue was housekeeping. I stayed for 6 days and when I left there were still several coffee cups from days prior. The floor when I arrived was dirty - featuring a fake fingernail in between the beds. It was still there...

"We spent a week at the hotel and it was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful, pools were enjoyable, and breakfast was hot and fresh each day. Only feedback I have is the fitness center, while open 24 hours, was lacking. It had a treadmill with a speed increase button that was cumbersome to press, an elliptical, and a bike but no weights or mats for floor work. Overall we had a great experience here! So convenient to everything."

"Did not know I Would be walking into a construction zone. Painting where we eat breakfast at is so gross. It’s a pet hotel and my dogs were barking some and they told me I was not allowed to leave them alone. Yet for days could hear dogs from other rooms barking and construction didn’t help pets calmness. Horrible customer service"

"The Waterpark was nice, however if you are in the other building you have a lo g walk to the either the indoor or outdoor park. Would be nice for then to use one of the entrances outside so, you don't have to walk all the way around and than enter the building and enter back in the building exiting."
