"Brian at the front desk greeted us, was helpful and a super cool guy. The breakfast staff excellent, hot breakfast was sufficient for the price of the hotel stay to include breakfast you really can’t beat it and kids had a great time in the pool many people out there everyone having a good time. Clean room no complaints and 5 minutes from cedar point. Will stay again!"

"The room was dirty and the hotel smelled like Hibiscus. The carpet was very dirty. Our hotel room bathroom was dirty and smelled of urine every time the toilet flushed or we took at shower. Staff were very helpful and friendly."

"I was double charged and treated very poorly when trying to investigate why at the front desk. After 3 trips and 4 staff members it was resolved. After this our room keys kept stop working so we made multiple trips to get new keys to our room. I never want to see that front desk again to say the least. Poor customer service. Facility was okay for budget hotel."

"They over sold rooms. I booked a king and when I went to check in I was told it wasn’t available and had to settle for a Queen room. Property wasn’t the cleanest. Bathroom was old and water pressure jacked up"

"My issue with the hotel is it stated it could sleep 6, but could only sleep 5 uncomfortably at most. I had to check out immediately and go to the Holiday Inn next door. It felt reasonable to be given some sort of refund but I have received no response to multiple outreaches since the person at the desk was unable to help me since the owner was the only one who could. The room would have been fine for my wife and I, but I had four kids with me."

The customer service was horrible, we had a whole bathing suit mysteriously disappear from the shower while our room was being refreshed that the manager said they couldn’t do anything about, the rooms were gross and our bathroom door wouldn’t shut because the tile was bubbled up so the door couldn’t pass it, the location is in between food and the park so you have to...
