"We booked the room and paid for it online. When we arrived we were told the computers were down. We arrived late in the evening and they said they already completed their audit for the night and they showed we were booked for the next day even though I had the receipt. They turned us away and we had to find another hotel.
Expedia was awesome and we received a refund on our payment."

"Area used to be a lot more well kept, unfortunately they have not maintained their cleanliness. Took some time to check in and the front desk smelled horrible. Bathroom door was falling apart, with lotion or soap chunks left on it. Furniture had dirt marks and needing to be shampooed or replaced. Convenient to the event center, only reason to return. Bar was closed before 9, breakfast cost $12 a person. Not impressed."

"Our room was great! However, the hot tub water was green with brown ring around tub! The room was clean and nice! But they definitely need to fix this place up! Front doors of hotel left open day and night! Needs a paint job badly and fixing up! The complimentary breakfast was not very good! Limited choices! We booked for hot tub, if we would have known it was in this shape would have went elsewhere, but we couldn’t get a refund for room! This is not up to a Marriott standard hotel!"
