"We loved our stay!"

"The staff were friendly, Fair for my needs for the weekend. Nothing super fancy or luxurious just a place to lay your head at night. Bathroom sink did not drain or had a slow drain. Breakfast less than desirable"

"Woke up to a swollen eye from bites of some kind and maggots all over the floor. I have been going there for over three years and now probly never. Asked for a refund and disputed it with bank since the manger is never there. Front desk clerk did everything he could but we just grab our stuff made sure no maggots were in them and left."

"Deplorable Deplorable conditions and in poor repair. Looks NOTHING like pics online. Dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door from previous occupant. Smelly room and elevator. We asked for towels day two and we're asked "Dont you already have towels?" The proceeded to give One set for Two people. Sign says remodeled. This is true for the Lobby Only which you will Never enter, day or night. Supposedly have a Night windows to speak to the clerk. But you must do so in the day also. He asked...

"My favorite place to stay when I am in Jackson. The staff is friendly and rooms clean and updated. The high brick walled courtyard with large koi swimming through water features is perfect setting for afterwork drinks. Breakfast is really good. Best tomato gravy I’ve ever had! Lunch menu is good too."

"Perfect all around. Will go back."

"Very nice hotel. Clean. Friendly helpful staff. Only complaint is bar areas being adjacent to check-in desk. Not against having a bar area. But bad choice for its location. When my husband and I returned to hotel Saturday night, it was like walking into a party full of drunks. There were people and couples hanging out right there drinking, swearing and carrying on. Not appropriate for those who bring their children and grandchildren for a fun get away."

"Overall, this was a very nice place to stay. The staff members were all very friendly and went out of their way to help hospitable. Room was clean, which is a priority with me. There were a few minor imperfections where a few walls were patched, but left in a different wall color which stood out. Walls could use a little more wall art to make room warming and inviting. Buffet was pretty good, probably better than most. I would definitely consider staying here again."

"Enjoyed my stay. Very clean and nice rooms. Excellent work from the staff."

"Very clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Bar staff was great!"

"Convenient location and affordable priced. The room was cool & comfortable, the best part was the front desk lady that made us feel so welcome."

"It was really hot and humid outside. The common areas and my room was nice and cool. Other hotels in area cut off air to common areas and rooms to save on electricity. Takes forever to get the room cool. The breakfast was simple but tasted really good. Staff was polite. I was pulling a U-Haul trailer. Parking could be an issue if there are a few more trailers trying to park."
