"Breakfast tasted amazing, breakfast lady was nice but not if you grabbed extra food, made a slight face at my friend but it was more of a like “dang are you going to eat all of that look” 😂 . the room was clean, guy at the front desk was great. Would definitely stay again if I visited "

"I got there and no one was at the front desk and through my stay they're was no one at the desk they were outside with the weirdos. I think this hotel is a homeless shelter. It's states on their website, they have an indoor pool and it's used for storage or something. I will never stay here or recommend anyone to stay here "

"This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. "

"Property is dated and in need of some repair. Could not get the door to lock when we closed it. When we did we had difficult getting back in the room. One of the ice machines was broken so we had to go to a different building to get ice. Sheets were clean but had some stains. There were a few slices of bread a couple of bagels and coffee set out for breakfast. Not really any amenities. "

I chose to pay at property but when we checked out we were told it was paid in full since my parents and in laws were in 2/3 of the rooms and were going to pay for theirs at the hotel. "This is a basic hotel/motel which is dated and quite old. We stayed because of its proximity to the I-75 and because it’s pet friendly. Cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, really needs to be improved. Staff were helpful, but were run off of their feet. Breakfast was surprisingly good, given the price of the room. No eggs, but Belgian waffles, etc. Area was relatively safe. Restaurants were nearby, but we drove to a mall about 2 miles away as there were many more choices. Parking...

"Good location, and mostly adequate for a short stay. The drainpipe underneath the sink was not actually connected to the sink, so it spilled on the floor when faucet was higher volume. Key stopped working in morning and when I approached housekeeping they were pretty rude. Refrigerator was very loud at times. "

"It should be named NASTY COCKROACH HOTEL! The place needs a severe update and an exterminator. I had to go to Tennessee to attend my father's funeral over the weekend. The room #137 I was in for one night and I killed 5 COCKROACHES! The bathroom wall had a previous hole and instead of repairing it correctly someone patched it and just painted over it. I shook out everything that I took in to the room. I got woke up very early to someone yelling "Hey ,hey,hey I know she has her phone". ...

"The breakfast was excellent, and there was a nice, spacious seating area. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The only problem I had was the shower pressure was low and the water was lukewarm at best. If you love a hot shower with good water pressure at a hotel, this will be a disappointment."

"Great customer service. The room itself was nice, except it appeared that my shower could have use a little attention around the edges and where the soap goes. Other than that the room was well kept. The only other issue I had was with the hall floor on the 4th floor needs to be cleaned as it was stained throughout. Everything else was fine as microwaves for each room should come soon."
