"the room itself was clean and comfortable and the soap amenities were nice. However the front desk instructions to the airport shuttle were a little unhelpful and in conflict with the text messages I received - both on timing of the hourly shuttle and on the location of the pick up. When you're traveling for 20+ hours, this stuff really matters. A nice pilot who was similarly frustrated said they had just moved the shuttle location - even more important that they would be clear to visitors who...

"Had a decent place to lay your head and bed was comfortable. Some updating could be done. Pool was crystal clear. Wish the coffee service in main lobby was opened for early travelers. We left at 5am for a 7:30 flight and coffee wasn’t opened till 7:00 am. Staff was very helpful. Elevator needs some updating and cleaning. I would go stay again. "

"Easy access to the beach and broadwalk. They had beach chairs and towels available for our use. The room had basic kitchen items like a frying pan, silverware, and a tea kettle. The stovetop was useful. The room could have benefitted from some hooks to hang things up like towels/washrags however that is minor. There were minor maintenance things that would enhance the rooms conditions. Overall, the staff was great and very helpful. We only had one snafu and that was when we arrived,...

"Everyone in the office was very nice. One day we were in need of some items for the bathroom. I texted in two minutes later they were at the door. The kitchen was more than adequate. It made the place feel even friendlier. Location was perfect; central places we needed to visit. Highly recommend"

"Nos gusto mucho nuestra estadia en el lugar, tiene muy buena ubicacion a pocos metros del Broadwalk, las habitaciones espaciosas y con todas las comodidades, sin embargo , considero que deben actualizar los TV para que se pueda ver Netflix y otras aplicaciones que tienen entretenimiento mas actualizado, pero del resto todo bien "
