"Very old and not clean"

"Nicest Motel 6 I've ever seen. And free shuttle to airport."

"I called the hotel before leaving Miami and asked would the shuttle be running when I arrived at midnight? the answer I got was YES sir. When we arrived I called the same number and was told there is no shuttle service take a cab. the cab cost $40.00 plus tip."

"Ummm..... if you want a room in the hood, questionable stains in the room, loud cars racing by, then this is the place for you! Not recommended."

"This hotel was comically awful. The shower head was black taped on & missing half of it. The vent in the bathroom had no cover on it. The beds were horrible as the bases must’ve been broken. When you moved the beds squeaked. We had to shove the door open when trying to get into the room. The staff individual that checked us in was the only highlight of the entire property. This should’ve been about a $5 night stay. The absolute worst hotel we’ve ever stayed."

"They overbook for days in advance. They turned me away on check in and their only answer was they overbooked all rooms and everything was already taken days in advance. They blamed Expedia and basically washed their hands on the issue."

"Check in required a $100 refundable security deposit. A/C, heat, and Ice machine did not work. Bath tub and laboratory sink did not have a stopper. Water at the time attempted a bath the water was cool. Small bugs swamped the laboratory sink. Room was on the side of a small plane airport which was very noisy. Entire facility needed cleaning."

"This place needs a major upgrade to the rooms. There are old fixtures, mold in the shower. The place looks like an old motel."

"The staff were kind but a little out to lunch. We asked where the room was and she said room 225 was on the 3rd floor. The room its self was very clean and looked freshly remodeled. My only complaint was the matress. We had 2 queen beds and they were both spring beds that creaked and you sank to the bottom of the frame"

"People here are like community, you will come and feel it. Just don't judge the book by the cover. Staff was more than Super helpful and accommodating. Be your best self and you will feel very welcomed. I am running out of good things to say. Just awesome staff and friendly guests all week."

"I did not intend to stay at this property. I was tricked into it by them using the name Red Lion Inn ... which was a property I have used many times in the past with great success. Don't be fooled by the name. This proprietor has apparently stolen the name Red Lion when the old Red Lion was converted to a DoubleTree property. I did not discover this until I went to the hotel and found it was not in the location I thought it to be. That's when I discovered the old Red Lion is now a...

"Very friendly staff. Check in was easy and they helped direct me to dinner choices."

"My family and I have stayed there before for a week. Our recent stay seemed even better than before. I would recommend to family and friends for sure."

"The hotel is a bit of a drive to restaurants and gas so when traveling this is not a great location. The large number of trains and auto traffic at night made it difficult to sustain sleep even with ear plugs. Bed comfortable, room was clean."

"Room vinyl floor had pieces missing, sink very difficult to turn on, missing screws from switch plates, telephone didn't work, shower had loose screws, no kleenex, furniture old and damaged. Tv very difficult to use. They lost my reservation. The desk lady was very nice."

"We had the AC unit ticking all night and kept as awake. I went and talked at the front desk and they did not do anything about it and were not offering to refund."
