"The location was good right off the freeway. I appreciate the quiet ac unit. The renovations are needed but the use of cheap materials is not effective. The toilet kept getting clogged ( I had to get it plunged every day). The hooks in the bathroom were too cheap. no towel bars. The closet sliding door did not work. You need to use a stain remover for couch and chairs. Invest in a steam cleaner for carpets . The staff was great very very helpful. The hospitality of the staff was a major plus!!! From"

"Bought two rooms one through Expedia and one through the Best Western and it was quite a considerable change in the price. I would love someone to call me back and refund me for the difference that was charged to me versus what they were given through Expedia based on the charges of the hotel, secondly the water was out in the hotel the whole first day and the second and third day the elevators were out and I have 80 year-old parents that were unable to go up for flights of stairs. They said they were gonna take care of it, but they never did. It was still throughout our whole entire day I would like someone to contact me. "Staff was friendly, hotel clean and convenient location. The rooms seem a bit dated, the beds not as comfortable as other Hampton Inns, but adequate. The bathroom was clean and well stocked, plenty of hot water, the shower was short, could be an issue for tall people. Overall the stay was fine, would stay again if needed. "

"Awful service. The room had a bad smell & they did nothing about it saying it’s because the AC hasn’t been running prior to check in. I requested an extra towel and they never brought it to my room. I’m expecting someone to reach out to me about this experience "

"Pros: Great location, easy to get to DC. Across from an outdoor shopping center, plenty of walkable food places. Super friendly staff. Cons: small parking lot (but at least it was free), lumpy pillows. Would book again if ever in the DC Arlington area. "
