"Clean, comfortable and quiet are my requirements for a room. The room was comfortable and the room was clean but to no fault of the hotel the room above us was noisy with kids running around (poor parenting in my book)."

It’s neither secure nor confidential to allow plastic details to whatever payment interface they’re using without informing where hotel enter it. Not good at all. I have internet transactions restriction and had problems while check-in. Please get a pos terminal not web upload!"
