My stay was terrible. The air conditioning didn’t work. When I addressed this with the front desk, he acted annoyed and kept huffing as if I was had inconvenienced him.
At 11:10am, the “lady” from the front desk knocked on my door to let me know check-out was at 11am. I literally had my bags in my hand and was about to walk out. The sign in the back of the door said check-out was 12pm.
When I went to the front desk, no one was there and I had to wait 15 minutes for the same “lady” to come to the desk. I told her they were in such a rush to get me out, but had made me wait so long at the front desk. Do they not have two employees that can work at the same time?
When I mentioned the sign on the back of the door, she very snidely asked if this was an Econolodge. It was not. I would get better treatment at an Econolodge.
The hotel itself was beyond gross. Their were wet blankets on the floor to catch the water leaking from the roof. I saw the ceiling was also leaking behind the front desk as they had trash cans to catch the water.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The facility itself is falling apart and the employees are beyond rude and argumentative.
STAY AWAY!!!
