The best thing was how gracious the front end staff were in helping us cancel the reservation and get most of our money back. The person staying there just had neck surgery and they needed a clean place to stay Greensboro for two weeks while they recuperated and back-and-forth seeing doctors and stuff we thought this place would be OK but as soon as the person who was saying there arrived and went up to the room- They said they almost threw up and felt like gagging . There was mold everywhere. The place was just filthy. I don’t recommend that anybody stay there ever but the staff upfront. They seem to understand that that was an everyday problem, and they were very helpful in pointing us in the right direction to get the reservation canceled and most of our money back. I highly recommend if you’re making reservations anywhere you use Expedia because they were very quick and taking care of our refund and thank God for that.

I do not recommend anyone stay here the rooms was very nasty on top of that they have some type of motion light going on so every time you move the light will come on it's hard to turn the light off stay away from this property

It deserved at least half of a one star. No phone in the room to call the office to ask whoever had the stomping noise going at 3 AM to stop. Spots on the sheet that was on up-side-down. I lifted up the sheet to see a really bad looking dirty mattress pad. There was actually a tiny piece of what looked like particle board that could have poked me. The sink sprayed water onto the counter when you turned it on. The remote had no battery back and after finally getting the channel to change I could not get it to turn off. I had to unplug it. It felt like zero options on anything good to watch... a bunch of bad/scary shows. The temperature was fine. It seemed dark to me and when I tried to turn on the three little lamps on the wall one of them did not even come on. When I looked there was a lamp shade but no bulb in the fixture. Just FYI...
