"We were booked into a handicap room, which I hadn't chosen. When we inquired about it they told us it was only room left. We made it work for us. We stayed 3 nights...would have preferred new set of towels at some point during that stay."

"Hotel was very understaffed. Several issues with working keys for rooms. Initial room was not cleaned, dirty, smelled like alcohol and was trashed. Took forever to get another room. New room, toilet did not work and the shower drained slow. On a good note the beds were extremely comfortable and the morning breakfast was ok."

"Decent hotel. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. We waited 15 mins before someone showed up to check us in. You need more people working there! Breakfast was great but there was no way to make coffee in our room which was a hassle. Good location, easy access to good restaurants and shopping."
