They cancelled my colleague's booking day of our arrival, fridge in the room was vibrating loudly, toilet would run unless you lifted the lever back up, front desk staff was MIA repeatedly. Breakfast was decent, rooms are spacious.

Clean and Convenient

We actually came to Greenville, SC for a pizza run at Myle's Pizza, but we wanted to see what Greenville had to offer, so we stayed for three days. The room was great! We brought food that we cooked to help save money. The fridge, stovetop, and kitchen were very clean and everything worked. The bathroom was clean, and we really liked the walk-in shower and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were appreciated.

Everything was excellent. I booked a 2 bedroom suite. Both bedrooms had separate bathrooms. It doesn't state that in the details about the suite but that was a great bonus. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. We had hot breakfast options each morning. There was a firepit. It was nice to sit outside when it was cool at night. The maintenance guy was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

The room was newly renovated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The space was perfect for us and we were packing for nothing. The staff, especially the cook were extremely personable. The food was amazing.

Short day trip

I decided to head to Greenville for a day so I booked a room at this hotel. To make a long story short everything met my expectations. The room was ready when I arrived and the staff were very friendly during my stay. The front desk ladies, one of them named Shelly, the housekeepers, and the breakfast attendant were all kind and cordial during my stay. If the staff here keep acting the way they do then I highly recommend this hotel if anyone needs a place to stay

From the moment we showed up to the time we were there the staff was so helpful . The young lady who was on staff 5/17 had the patience to walk me through becoming a member and helping me install the app on my phone.
