We went back to the front desk and the young lady who checked us in fixed it right away.Breakfast was great! I go to bed early and get up early and my wife is the opposite, she stays up late and sleeps in, so it was great having the sitting area separate from the sleeping area"

"The Grand Bohemian is a beautiful hotel in a prime location. It’s within easy walking distance of Falls Park, Main Street, and the Peace Center, and the overall atmosphere is serene and relaxing. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bath products were excellent, and the views from the property are stunning. The biggest disappointment was the check-in experience. Before arriving, I requested a room overlooking the trees and waterfall and never received a response. At check-in, we agreed to pay for an upgraded room on that side of the hotel and selected one of the options presented to us. However, when we returned later that day, the promised room was no longer available and we were instead assigned a different room that did not match what had been agreed upon. Only after asking to speak with a manager were we offered another room that aligned with the upgrade we had selected. While we appreciated the eventual resolution, the experience felt disorganized and unnecessarily stressful. At a luxury property, guests shouldn’t have to advocate so hard to receive what was promised."
