"Our second stay here and this time during a very busy weekend with basketball tournaments in Greenville. Lobby staff was more than accommodating and kind while we changed our reservation. Beds are comfy and everything is very well kept. Is definitely on a top list of places to stay!"

"The room was very clean and the property was well-kept. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was lacking with no drink options except for coffee - a little attention to the breakfast would make this a better stop. But, we slept well!"

"Beware of staying at this particular Hampton Inn. The building is not being properly maintained. Wallpaper peeling off in hallways, dirty corners, sloppy repairs noted. It appears to accommodate a lot of traveling construction workers.
The room we were given had a very dirty toilet and caulk slopped all in the interior of the sink. We went to another Hampton Inn on the other side of town to see if we could switch hotels, but we could not bc we booked through Expedia. Expedia did call our hotel...

"Great location in the heart of the city. So many amazing places to eat and shop within walking distance. LOVED this hotel and its energy. We arrived on a Saturday night and there was a DJ and dance party happening in the lobby. We stayed on the 8th floor and it was perfectly quiet. Nice size room (Double queen). Great Shower. I will definitely stay again when I'm in Greenville. "

"The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received at any hotel. We were kept up until 2 AM by people partying loudly outside of our window and smoking marijuana. The night staff basically laughed at us. The front desk in the morning was equally unhelpful.
