"Room 419 the floors were filthy. Staff did not let you in the room till 301pm. Even though they knew we would have liked to get in earlier. Hotel was close to taxi train and food"

"Overpriced , Over Rated, under preformed !! Something has to be wrong when the price per Sq.ft for parking your car is more than the equivalent price for your room , which wasn’t cheap in the first place. Paying £269 for a basic room is not cheap anyway but when topped up by £30 a head for breakfast and £52 for car parking it makes for an expensive overnight stay. Sure location is great if visiting the O2 as we were but outside of this our stay was disappointing, from being interrupted in our room to poor staff attitude this hotel fell short of our expectations from this brand. Thankfully the professional attitude of the young lady on Guest Relations went some way to save the situation, but I would prefer to not have to highlight errors when staying in a so called 5* hotel. If you are happy to pay the premium for closeness to the O2 arena then carry, on but we wouldn’t stay there again. "

"Best place to stay if you’re going to the o2, literally walk down a straight path and it’s less than a 5 minute walk. Lots of parking on site friendly staff and a really good full English breakfast, one of the best I’ve had "

"Terrible customer service and no consideration whatsoever. Cancelled my booking for a week because I missed the cut off to provide my ID online by a few hours. Called their customer service immediately to tell them that I have done it but they continued to cancel my reservation. Lost my entire payment for the whole week. Would not even negotiate and give me a partial refund. Poor customer service and quite opportunistic. I would avoid at all cost. "

"Will definitely stay here again as great size room & everywhere was clean. The staff are amazing as so helpful as I didn’t know the area well. Great price & lovely breakfast too. It’s near the docks so a nice walk around there with the dog & there’s a Tesco shop not too far away "
