This trip was for pleasure. Hotel accommodation were adequate but could use some upgrades. Service was very good. Breakfast could have been much better. Reservation were not available because hotel never received them. They had to begin from scratch!

This location was far from quality. We also got overcharged for our pets! The pool was unsafe. The room was filthy except for the bed. I regret not bringing my slippers. I’d love to get a partial refund.

We arrived at 1: 30am, Lobby was nice, room was not. Toilet was broken. Had to go get a different room. The bed was clean, sink was clean. The entire perimeter around the edge of the room was filthy. Weren't there long enough to need to use the shower, it was so-so. Not sure we would want to. Second room had large chunks broken out of tiles in the bathroom. The breakfast was so-so. Several cooking implements were broken, which left us less choices. Quality definitely does not describe this hotel chain. We were very disappointed.

Although the staff are friendly and helpful, the property is run-down and in need of some professional upgrades. Some improvements have been made recently; however, more needs to be done. The mark of a good hotel is attention to detail, but that is not in evidence here.

The check in process was easy and the staff were very friendly. The room air conditioning was already on, so that was very nice coming in from the heat. The room itself was clean, tv worked fine, and the shower was hot. The poor rating comes from a few things that were not good. The pool and area surrounding the pool are disgusting. The pool has green slime around the walls. The water is extremely cloudy like it was just shocked. I wouldn’t let my child swim. The grounds had tall grass and the concrete around the pool has big cracks and holes. The area around the pool smelled like sewer. The second floor landing is full of Brocken ice machine parts. The second floor also has a strong odor or weed. The shower/tub has rust looking spots all in it. My son thought it was blood. The shower curtain is pretty brown at the bottom. Overall I would not return here.

I like the area because it was close to my job. I didn’t like the hotel because they had roaches, and the paint was peeling off the walls and ceiling. The carpet was wet and the staff had excuses, and no answer.

Better options in Greenwood for the price

The bed was very comfortable and they allowed for early check in which was helpful since we arrived into town early. The comforter was stained, as was one of the pillows inside the case, the carpet was sticky, I kept my flip flops on. The fridge had a missing leg so it rocked every time you opened it, I propped it up with the lotion bottle. Around 7 pm I realized the room had no towels (probably because of our early check in), when I went to the lobby to request towels, I was met with annoyance and was told she didn't know if she had any.... I said..... I have zero towels. She then threw them on the counter. At least we got a shower, although there was a 6"x4" hole cut out at the top of the shower. Then I realized there was no remote, after the annoyance at the front desk i didn't bother. The wifi was so slow it was unusable and I used my phones hot spot for my devises. for $85 this room was a disappointment.
