"The Holiday inn, Brayford along the canal, wasn’t far to walk the steep inclement to the cathedral, castle or to little shops. Lincoln is a beautiful place to visit, full of historical and character buildings, mixed with new. The people are very nice and helpful here."

"Grayz Studio was perfect. I’d visited the tea room before, but never knew this lovely place was just upstairs. It was a lovely place to be, whether for wandering around Steep Hill, or for getting breakfast downstairs and staying in to work. Clean, sunny, well-appointed—and a giant welcome scone when I arrived! Thanks for a marvelous stay. 10/10 will stay again."

"Staff: Welcoming, friendly, helpful, efficient and willing to go the extra mile. Executive Rooms 367 & 369: spotlessly clean and comfortable - good bed and choice of pillows but room a bit faded and dated - needs a bigger TV as distance from bed is too far for comfortable viewing. Lift out of action - not helpful - Best Western need to sort this pronto Spa & Pool: closed for refurb - needs sorting. Breakfast and Bar meals....good."
