"Great stay! I would recommend. Quiet, quaint, cute, clean, attentive staff. Reliable WiFi. I didn’t get bitten by mosquitos (maybe 1 or 2 bites) but overall that was good. The breakfast included was good (omelette, sausage, vegetables, coffee, tea, hot coco-best I’ve had). Smooth check in. Also was not overcrowded which I value. (I came in June 2026). For the money spent, I def think it was worth it. Peaceful beautiful space so I would recommend :)"
"The rooms were clean and the staff were extremely attentive. However, There’s a management issue as far as communication with guests and amenities maintenance. The pool should be cleaned more often, without guests having to ask. The kitchen and bar should stay open EVERYDAY, until the time stated. Which is 10 pm. There needs to be a mini fridge in every room, especially if food is à la carte. The complimentary continental breakfast has good options, but should include eggs as well. The hotel has a simple boutique feel, that is nostalgic but can use some updating. Overall I enjoyed my stay, because the staff did their very best to accommodate as much as possible. The location also has one of the most incredible views on island, but is a bit far from the town area. There needs to be more than one beach shuttle for guests, throughout the day. There should be at the very least, 4 shuttles back and forth into the town everyday."
"The property itself is very nice, however the experience at the front desk checking in was not that good. The last thing one wants to do is to try to remember 20 plus things someone is saying to you about the amenities etc. after you have traveled for over 10 hours and is tired and beat! I think a print out of those things would be extremely helpful to give to guests instead of someone saying it while one is trying to fill out forms. The gentleman at the front was not welcoming at all. The other staff members were great, especially Loraine, Roxanne and Ingrid."
"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The rooms, staff, grounds, pool and food are all amazing! Everyone is so kind and helpful, you literally want for nothing while you are there. We almost didn’t leave the resort lol! Can’t say enough about this hotel and staff! Thanks for taking great care of us during our stay!"
