The bureaucracy associated with online check in was excessive ie submitting passport details and photo, and precise checkin time. info from three different organisations, and lists of instructions and rules for check in and out. "Clean rooms, nice staff, bit over the top when addressing you. Booked a twin accessible room but when we got to the hotel it was made up as a double and we were asked to leave the room whilst they turned it into a twin. This process to some 45 minutes. My believe is that my dad at least should have been offered a complimentary drink. "
