Good sized room in a good location. Only one elevator was working which resulted in some lengthy delays getting to and from the upper levels. More than once during my two week stay I was left with 2 hand towels and no bath towel. Otherwise the stay was great. There's free travel on the Mannheim public ...

Ein Schild bei der Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage ( in mehreren Sprachen ) wäre gut, dass man vorher die Karte an der Rezeption holen muss. Vor uns ist ein Italiener die schmale und lange Einfahrt runter gefahren. Er kam nicht rein und wir mussten dann auch rückwärts wieder zurück, damit er raus kam. ...
