"Stay here!! It was incredible, first solo trip and they were so helpful by picking you up/dropping you off at the train station, as well as a beautiful included breakfast! "
"Our room was delightful. We stayed in room 7 and had a small balcony with a phenomenal view of the Matterhorn. The attached bathroom was perfect.
Breakfast was included and our hostess Valentina was just delightful. We did not evening dine at the restaurant downstairs, but we did have a carryout pizza from Marlo‘s, which is just up the street and was around 22 CHF for a decent size pizza. My son and I sat on the balcony and had pizza enjoyed the tremendous view. I could not imagine any restaurant in town would have a better vantage point than what we experienced.
The hotel is centrally located and easy to walk to anywhere. The train station was about a six minute walk.

5/5 Excellent
"This spa is a real gem, conveniently located just a stone’s throw away from the train station that leads to the Gornergrat. From our room, we had an incredible view of the Matterhorn, a truly spectacular sight."

"We had a fantastic stay at Resort La Ginabelle. The location is excellent — just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The complimentary shuttle to and from Zermatt station was a great convenience.
The staff were consistently warm and helpful — from reception to housekeeping to the breakfast team. Housekeeping made sure our room was always spotless, especially while we were out. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide selection to start the day right.
A lovely bonus was the kids’ room, which our toddler really enjoyed. It made our stay even more family-friendly. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming base in Zermatt.
